Its about that time, as the weekend is approaching. This week is just a tease for Thanksgiving weekend (football paradise as I say.) Hopefully you didn’t have any action on the Pats Monday night, if you did then I feel your pain. IMO it was pass interference/holding, whatever you want call it. Just like last year in the Seahakws/Packers game, the home team falls on the good end. Outkast came out this week and said a 2014 tour is in stock, and it appears that Coachella will be the first stop. Before we get into that, lets get to them silly plays, as I got an early treat for the weekend.

My Big 5 Plays of the Week

UNLV +2.5

Reasons: Air Force has been just awful this year, as their only 2 wins are against a D-2 school and Army. This is the best UNLV football has been in a long time. They dropped a tough game last week, in which they had a halftime lead but fell a little short on the final drive of the game. It’s a weird line, mainly because of the weather tonight. Suppose to be in the teens with snow. UNLV has lost to Air Force 6 straight years, and hasn’t been to a bowl game in 12 years. I think they become bowl eligible tonight, and the team in Vegas pulls one off for the sharps in Vegas! I also like the under in this one, mainly due to the weather.

LSU/Texas A&M O/73

Reasons: This play jumps off the page for me. Every SEC game that A&M has played this year the total has ended at 78 or more! That includes a matchup with Bama, as Johnny Football just keeps putting up video game numbers. I know LSU has had two rough offensives SEC games in a row, but a matchup with Texas A&M is just what the doctor ordered.

Dolphins +Whatever the line closes at

Reasons: The Panthers has been the surprise team of year in the NFL, as they look to be on there way to the postseason. Not only have the won 6 in a row, they have won 6 in a row ATS. They are due to come back down, as Vegas will be rooting hard for Miami this weekend. The Dolphins are better than what people give them credit for.  They have had some bad losses (Bills, Bucs) but they also have some good wins (Colts, Bengals.) As of now they are tied for the last playoff spot in the AFC, and I think they are getting the Incognito situation behind them. When in doubt, take the home team with points. Wait until game-time to get it in, as this line moves any it will be more points for Miami.

Cowboys +2.5

Reasons: After a terrible start from New York, they have won 4 in a row to find themselves back in the playoff picture in the NFC East. If you actually breakdown them 4 wins, its not really impressive. The Vikings, the Eagles led by Barkley, Raiders, and the Packers led by Tolzien. I feel like the Cowboys coming off a bye, and having Murray are in prime position to get a W.

Patriots +3

Reasons: The Patriots caught KC during a good time, as they’re sandwich in between 2 Chief games. The Pats have won 41 out of their last 44 in New England with Brady at QB! Brady finally has his weapons healthy (Gronk, Amendola, Vereen) and they should have won Monday night. The Broncos really haven’t really been that impressive since week 4.

For you guys that have been following my weekly lineups, we are on a good run. Here’s this week lineup.

QB: Brady $8,900: Great matchup, as it should be a shoot-out in Denver. Has healthy weapons.

RB: Stacy $7,400: Great matchup, 3 weeks in a row he has over 25 carries. Averaging over 4 YPC on the season.

RB: Lacy $6,600: Great value, good matchup, and should get the ball plenty.

WR: Dez $8,700: Good value, good matchup, big game for the Cowboys.

WR: Jeffery $6,500: Great value, Jenkins will be on Marshall, has a lot of yards so far and I think TD’s will come.

WR: Allen $6,100: Should be getting plenty of targets as they won’t be able to run the ball.

TE: Reed $5,500: Good value, having a nice season.

K: Akers $5,000: The Lions should be scoring plenty.

DEF: Ravens $5,300: Good opportunity for GeNOOOO.

So Outkast has announced they will be going on tour in 2014. They have been on a hiatus for over 5 years now, and festival junkies have been rumoring this tour for 2 years. You don’t see me get excited for rap/hip-hop often, but Outkast has a style to them that you have to love. Whether at a festival, or just a show, I plan on catching them as it may be the last chance.

That’s it for this time, check by on Monday as we review the weekend and more.

Have a good weekend, y’all
